🚨 Having Permission Issues?

If you're getting "An error occurred while creating your ticket":

  1. Click the invite button above to re-authorize the bot
  2. Make sure ALL permissions are checked during authorization
  3. If the bot is already in your server, kick it first, then re-invite
  4. Ensure the bot's role is above other roles in Server Settings → Roles

⚠️ Critical Permissions Required:

The bot MUST have "Manage Channels", "Manage Roles", and "Send Messages" permissions to create tickets.
